The Eagle Edition is the third and final release of the Ki One Society Collection by Ki One Distillery (formerly Three Societies) in Namyangju, South Korea. This Korean single malt is crafted with 100% unpeated malted barley, fermented for a minimum of 100–120 hours, then double-distilled in copper pot stills. It’s aged for around 2 years and 2 months in new American oak barrels, cask strength at 56.6% ABV, non-chill filtered, with no added coloring.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Sweet oak and summer fruit aromas.

• Palate: Spicy profile featuring vanilla, peach, and banana.

• Finish: Rich toffee and pine notes linger on the finish.
